入居資格 Eligibility

一般（日本人）学生

本学の学部・大学院に正規生として在学し、本学の経済的基準を満たす学生
※新入学生および通学所要時間が１時間３０分以上の学生が優先されます
（研究生、科目等履修生、聴講生等の非正規生は応募できません）

外国人留学生

本学に在籍する外国人留学生（科目等履修生、聴講生を除く）

外国人留学生は１年以内、ただし、空室がある場合には1年以内の延長が許可される場合があります。

寄宿料（月額５，７００円）および共益費（月額６，０００円）、その他生活のために使用する電気・水道代等が必要です。
※ただし、入居月のみ、寄宿料 ５，７００円、共益費として、６，０００円と退去時清掃費１７，６００円を併せて徴収します。
※寄宿料・共益費の金額は改定される場合があります。

Boarding fee: 5,700 yen/month Maintenance fee: 6,000yen/month
※ Residents are required to pay electricity, water, and other utility fees used in their daily life.
※Only for the first month of move‑in, we will collect the Boarding Fee of 5,700 yen, the Maintenance Fee of 6,000 yen, and the Cleaning Fee of 17,600 yen upon move‑out in advance.
※The boarding and maintenance fees are subject to change.
