2026年10月入居留学生宿舎入居者抽選結果を当ページで発表します。
各自ご確認ください。

なお、当選者（「入居」が〇の者）は、8月3日（月）から8月7日（金）17：00までに、下記の入居意思回答フォームから入居意思の連絡をしてください。（辞退の人も必ず回答すること）

※10月1日以降の事務室開室日時に鍵を取りに行ってください。10月1日より前の入居、荷物の送付はできません。
（現在同じ寮の同じ部屋種別に住んでいる者で引き続き入居可能となった場合は退去する必要はありません。）
※大岡インターナショナルレジデンス、常盤台インターナショナルレジデンスに現在住んでいる者は，指定退去日までに退去すること。指定退去日までに退去しなかった者は、入居資格および入居許可を失います。
（注）8月7日までに入居意思の連絡がない者は、入居の意思がないものと判断して入居の許可を取り消します。

The lottery winners need to send your notice of intention either to move in or decline on an Intention Form below between Monday, August 3 and Friday, August 7 ,17:00.
Intention Form
*The earliest move-in date is October 1. The dormitories cannot keep your belongings before October 1 either. (The applicant who have lived in housing, will not need to move out in October 2026.)
*The applicants who live in Ooka IR or Tokiwadai IR have to move out by September 25. If you don't by then, you will lose the right of moving and forfeit your permission of live in Minesawa International Student Dormitory.
(Note) Failure to inform the Student Support Division by August 7 will result in forfeiture of the right to move in.

部屋番号発表　Announcement of room number

2026年10月入居予定の方の部屋番号はこのページで9月24日（木）午後0時以降に発表予定です。各自確認してください。

※荷物は10月1日より前に寮で保管することはできません！！早くても10月1日着で送ってください。

*Your belongings cannot be received at the dormitory before October 1.

入居決定後の提出書類　Deliverables after results announcement

入居前までに下記の書類を学生支援係に必ず提出してください。
Please submit the following documents to the Student Support Division before move in Minesawa International Student Dormitory.

①健康診断書のコピー　Copy of health check-ups certificate
-入居日から1年以内に受診したもの　must be issued within the past 12 months towards your move-in date.

※様式が必要な場合はこちらからダウンロードしてください。
健康診断書様式（大学指定様式）：検査項目が全て含まれていれば、この様式でなくても構いません。

*If you need a form please download from here.
Health check_ups certificate(YNU designated form) : If all inspection items are included, it doesn't have to be this style.

10月30日までに下記の書類を学生支援係に必ず提出してください。

②健康保険証のコピー（学生寮に住所変更後の物、「記号」および「番号」の数字を塗りつぶして提出してください）
Copy of health insurance card: Should be a card with the dormitory address on. Black out 2 digits and 8 digits numbers on top of the card and submit.
